#31 - Geir Felling combines book launch and art exhibition at Sjøholmen
In August, Geir Felling invited guests to a book launch and art exhibition at Sjøholmen in Bærum. He presented his new thriller, Menoraens forbannelse, while guests also had the opportunity to see a selection of his artwork.
Book launch and art
Menoraens forbannelse continues the story from his previous books Gotisk Menora and En Skattejakt…. The launch included book signing, art, film and conversations with guests.
Both art and literature are important parts of Felling’s creative work. As an artist, author and historical documentarian, his interest in history and storytelling can be seen throughout much of what he creates.
Next stop: Valdres and Beitostølen
Felling will continue to combine art and literature in the months ahead. Next on the agenda is Kunst- og Kulturveka in Valdres at Beitostølen, where he will exhibit and sell his artwork, offer books for sale and give talks about his writing.
This will let visitors discover both sides of his creative work, and, of course, meet Felling himself.
