Rune Dahl

Rune Dahl is an experienced adventure photographer, filmmaker, and visual storyteller from Narvik, Norway. With more than 30 years of work in the Arctic, he has built a strong reputation for capturing the landscapes, light, and stories that define life north of the polar circle. Rune works mainly in Northern Norway, Swedish Lapland, and Svalbard, but also takes on frequent international assignments.

Known for his ability to document both the quiet and the extreme, Rune creates images that reflect the raw beauty of the Arctic — from frozen rivers and drifting ice to dramatic weather and powerful mountain terrain. His style is honest, detailed, and deeply connected to the environments he explores.

Rune delivers high-quality commercial photography, adventure-focused visuals, and storytelling for brands, destinations, and organizations. He works closely with his dedicated team to produce visually strong content that stands out and feels genuine.
